Built for the merchant who just wants the import to work.
CSVwise exists because Shopify's product CSV import has specific format rules, and the workaround for getting a messy CSV through them (find-and-replace in Excel, row by row) is the kind of merchant-side prep work that adds up.
We're not trying to be a multi-purpose data platform. We don't do metafields, customers, orders, recurring exports, scheduled syncs, or two-way mirrors. There are good tools for those things. We do one thing: take the messy CSV in your downloads folder and hand back something that's ready to import on the first try.
What we won't do
- 01Sell or share your product data.
Your CSVs are processed for the cleanup you asked for and discarded. We don't train models on your data and we don't sell it to anyone.
- 02Auto-apply changes you didn't see.
Every fix is shown in the preview before download. Every default-on toggle can be turned off. You always get the final say.
- 03Sneak features into a different product.
If we ever expand scope (metafields, recurring exports), it'll be opt-in and clearly delineated. CSVwise stays focused.
- 04Raise prices without warning.
If pricing changes for existing paid customers, you get at least 30 days notice before any change takes effect on your bill.
The only question that matters
We measure ourselves against one thing: what percent of imports succeed on the first try after running through CSVwise. Every feature we ship, every fix we add, every detection rule we write is in service of that number going up.
